Cable Tie Supply ships with UPS unless otherwise specified at the time of ordering. We are subject to UPS shipping schedules. Contact Us or UPS directly during holidays to get information about shipping schedules. Customers will be contacted if there will be a shipping delay. Larger orders usually ship via Truck, using a carrier chosen by Cable Tie Supply or specified by the customer at the time of ordering.

All standard product orders that are received by 3:00 pm EST will be shipped the same day unless notified differently. Any orders received after 3:00 pm (EST) will be shipped the following business day. All orders placed with Cable Tie Supply will receive an order conformation sent via e-mail. Be aware that occasionally, items in your order may be shipped from multiple locations and so will likely arrive at different times. In most cases, receiving a package that is missing items is due to multiple shipments and not due to an error on our part.
